Storage, sync, and offline use
Local-first storage
Con-Sight does not require cloud storage to edit scene plans. Data is stored on the device and is exported to a project folder in cloud storage or another connected location only when that option is configured.
Connect a project folder
Project folder settings show the connection state, last synchronization time, and synchronization errors. The workflow assumes that the destination is selected during initial setup and is not changed frequently.
If the destination must change, Con-Sight first copies the complete project data to the new location, validates it, and only then switches the connection.
Offline use
Projects already stored on the device can be viewed and edited while offline. When connectivity returns, synchronization resumes. Conflicts and errors appear in the notification area represented by the bell icon.
Backups
Backups are stored separately from the project folder. The design retains daily, weekly, and monthly generations and supports restoration both from the application and manually from a backup file.
